The produced water flow is 77m3/h, the design recovery rate is 70%, the design flux is 16.5LMH, and the sulfate removal rate is ≥95%. The number of membranes required for calculation is 138, and the membrane shell is 6-core, with a total of 23 membrane shells.
流入CODは約100mg/Lであるため、膜の濃縮水側で十分なクロスフローレートを確保するために、3段設計を採用し、段間フラックスと水生成のバランスをとるために段間ブースターポンプを設定しています。メンブレンシェルの配置比は12:7:4で、ステージ間ブースターポンプのブースト圧力は5barに調整されています。計算結果を下図に示します。シングルメンブレンシェルの水入口は、9m3 / h以上であることが保証されます。
水質レポート
1. Security filter: FRP horizontal membrane shell type, external pressure filtering. Single filter processing capacity 20m3/h, 6 filters are selected, each filter inlet and outlet is equipped with manual butterfly valve to ensure non-stop filter element replacement. 40-inch filter element total length L = 1120mm, end and tail cover diameter Φ154±1mm.
2.ウォーターポンプ:高圧ポンプQ = 110m3 / h、H = 190m、N = 90kW;2段ブースターポンプQ = 68m3 / h、H = 50m、N = 18.5kW;三段ブースターポンプQ = 45m3 / h、H = 50m、N = 15kW;ウォーターポンプの材質はSS2205です
3. 膜 housing: According to the operating pressure of each section, the first, second and third section membrane shells are respectively selected from the 8040 series 300, 450 and 450psi membrane shells. The outer diameter of the membrane shell is φ244mm, and the inner diameter is φ203mm. When designing the device, the first section is at the bottom of the membrane frame and the third section is at the top of the membrane frame. The three sections of concentrated water pipeline are higher than the installation height of the membrane shell at the highest point of the skid frame.
4.計装:圧力計は、セキュリティフィルターの入口と出口、水入口と濃縮水の各セクション、および水生産パイプに設置されています。水入口と濃縮水の各セクション、圧力トランスミッタは、水生産パイプと濃縮水生産パイプに設置されています。セキュリティフィルターには差圧トランスミッターが取り付けられています。高圧ポンプの入口と出口には、それぞれ低圧スイッチと高圧スイッチが取り付けられています。水生成パイプと集中水パイプには、リモートフローメーターが取り付けられています。水生産の第1セクションと第2セクションには、ローター流量計が設置されています。
5.フレーム:底部は12#チャンネル鋼でできており、垂直サポートとメンブレンチューブ水平サポートは8#角管でできており、残りは5#角管で作られています。
6.自動バルブ:水生産排出用の空気圧バルブを装備。濃縮水排出用の空気圧バルブ。水入口用電動バルブ;水入口を洗い流すための電気バルブ。
